What is this course about?

For those curious about technology, experience metalworking machines and 3D printers in motion precision, construction, power and proper shop floor craft. See how parts are cut and measured, and how materials become objects, layer by layer.

Objectives

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:

Appreciate how materials are transformed into finished components, from raw stock through to completed objects.
Understand the fundamentals of modern fabrication, including how metalworking machines and 3D printers are used to make precise, functional objects.
