What is this course about?

This course is part of a programme designed to support Course Leaders at our University and offers guidance on the role, the related responsibilities, and sources of support. It also explores the quality and regulatory aspects of the role of Course Leader.

Objectives

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • Identify and utilize various support resources, including online and face-to-face training, to enhance your effectiveness in the Course Leader role.
  • Know how to develop and implement a detailed plan for key activities across the academic year, ensuring all regulations are understood and followed using available resources.
  • Understand the responsibilities and requirements of a Course Leader, including the integration of the role with Registry and the importance of identifying key contacts and colleagues for support.
