What is this course about?

To help accelerate your progress in achieving your CMI Unit ‘Strategic Leadership’, we invite you to attend a mastery session. This is an ideal opportunity to not only think strategically but also to discuss our University strategy in a collaborative environment. You will explore different reflective models and learn how to apply them appropriately to assessments. By the end of the session, you will enhance your strategic thinking, aligning it with our university’s aims and objectives.

Objectives

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • Develop reflective practice and the ability to critically review your own strategic leadership.
  • Enhance your understanding of the broader environment in which the University operates.
  • Evaluate the skills and characteristics necessary for leaders to develop and influence strategic themes and stakeholders.
