What is this course about?

Do you have an issue that you would like support in addressing? By attending this course, you can invest in yourself and spend some focused time working quietly through a series of questions that will help you reflect, consider options, and choose a way forward. This session is designed to provide you with the space and guidance needed to gain clarity and direction. You will have the opportunity to engage in deep reflection and explore potential solutions. By the end of the course, you will have identified your first steps towards resolving the issue.

Facilitators for this event are: Christian McGrath and Helen Connor and will being delivered via MS Teams.

You will need to come with a specific issue that you want to explore, reflect and take action on.
