This online course is designed for those Professional Services managers, who conduct Performance Development and Performance Reviews (PDPRs) with their team members. It's relevant for anyone who oversees staff and is involved in the appraisal process. Participants will gain insights into effective review practices to enhance their team’s development and performance. This course has been specifically developed for Professional Services staff managers and will include a demonstration of the new PS & Technical staff PDPR form.Details of any pre-course/programme requirements
