What is this course about?

This course will enable participants to effectively deliver feedback that enhances motivation, improves performance, and supports ongoing learning and development within their teams. Participants will learn how to structure feedback delivery. They will gain an understanding of the key attributes of effective feedback. The course will also cover strategies to reduce barriers that can prevent feedback from being understood and acted upon. Overall, the training aims to foster a positive and inclusive team environment through constructive feedback practices.

Pre-course work will be sent out, the week before the course, from the facilitator.
