Our values, Respect, Innovation, Support, and Excellence sit at the heart of who we are. They influence our culture, guide how we work, and shape every part of the employee experience. Most importantly, they define who we want to be as a community.These sessions are open to all staff members and offer a chance to share what our values mean to you, explore how they show up in everyday life, and help shape the behaviours that reflect the best of our University.
Working collaboratively in a supportive environment, you’ll join colleagues from across the University to identify positive behaviours, spark new ideas, and co create a shared vision of what “great” truly looks like.
