What is this course about?
Part 2 of the Performance Management course builds upon the foundational knowledge covered in previous session and introduces participants to key tools, frameworks, and support mechanisms available at the University of Huddersfield for managing all aspects of performance.During this session, managers will be invited to share a recent scenario they have encountered or observed. These case studies will serve as the basis for a group discussion aimed at exploring best practices and identifying effective approaches for handling similar situations in the future.

Attendees are invited to identify a recent scenario they have encountered or observed, and bring some notes in preparation for a group discussion.Please do not book onto this if you have not yet attended Part 1 of the Performance Management training.
