What is this course about?

This session will provide an overview of the First Line Manager Programme, including an introduction from a member of the Vice-Chancellor's Office.

Objectives

Here is what you can expect by attending this course:
  • Gain insights into the importance of management and leadership in the current higher education context
  • Learn about the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the benefits of CMI membership, and the application process for becoming a Chartered Manager.
  • Understand the programme rationale, content, support available and blended learning delivery approach.
