We work closely with colleagues across our University to help drive continuous improvement, exploring new ways of doing things and making use of the latest technologies.
This theme aims to support the Growth and Efficiency and Financial Sustainability aspects of our 2025 Strategy Map, and our Excellence value.
The Researcher Development Framework (RDF) is a professional development framework for researchers in higher education. This theme supports the following domains on the RDF: Domain A - Knowledge and Intellectual Abilities and Domain B - Personal Effectiveness.
