Spotlighting the proactive steps taken to cultivate a 'joined up approach' to employability within our school to enhance Graduate Outcomes. Attendees to this workshop will gain valuable insights into replicable strategies for fostering collaboration, breaking down barriers, and creating an employability framework that significantly benefits students on their journey from academia to the professional world. The Empower project was designed to equip our students with the skills and knowledge needed to understand their rights in the workplace and protect their own wellbeing whilst at work or on placement. Join us to explore preliminary findings in more depth and have the opportunity to contribute to the final stages of the project.
