Things to remember
We recommend that for each hour of content you may want to add a further hour to give yourself time to pause, reflect, and practice self-care if needed. We would also like to highlight that this course is based on a social learning model which is a good way of seeing what other participants have to say about the activities being undertaken. However, as your participation is not anonymised you may prefer not to comment after you have completed the activities. We would encourage time for self-reflection after the activities, and you may find it helpful to make some personal notes to support your individual learning experience.
