How do I enrol onto a mandatory module?

You can access your Learn-Upon account using your University email address and password. Once signed in you will arrive on your own personal dashboard, and you will be auto-enrolled onto the modules you need to complete. You can launch each module by either clicking on the start button, or clicking on the course name, and then ‘start’.

 

Mandatory Module: Bribery Act 2010

Who’s it for? Mandatory for budget holders, staff at grade 10+, our finance team and the IO.

Mandatory Module: Data Protection

Who’s it for? Mandatory for all staff (with a refresher every 2 years).

Mandatory Module: Diversity in the Workplace (HE)

Who’s it for? Mandatory for all staff (with a refresher every 2 years).

Mandatory Module: General Health and Safety

Who’s it for? Mandatory for all staff (with a refresher every 3 years or earlier, depending on your role).

Mandatory Module: Prevent

Who’s it for? Mandatory for all staff (with a refresher every 2 years).

Mandatory Module: Information Security

Who's it for? Mandatory for all staff that use a computer for much of their role (requires an annual refresher).

Mandatory Module: Recruitment and Selection

Who’s it for? Mandatory for all staff involved with recruitment and selection.

 

Mandatory Module: Sexual Harassment Awareness

Who’s it for? Mandatory for all staff (with a refresher every 2 years).

Mandatory Module: Unconscious Bias

Who’s it for? Mandatory for all staff (with a refresher every 2 years).

Having Wellbeing Conversations for People Managers

Who’s it for? Mandatory for all people managers (with a refresher every 2 years).

Managing Your Own Selfcare and Wellbeing

Who’s it for? Mandatory for all staff (with a refresher every 2 years).
