Change is inevitable, and is also an opportunity for our people to learn new skills, develop themselves, and be creative. Some people embrace change and enjoy the experience while others struggle with it, feeling uncertain about the future.

This theme aims to support the Innovative, Growth and Efficiency, Financial Substainability and People First aspects of our 2025 Strategy Map, and our Team value.

The Researcher Development Framework (RDF) is a professional development framework for researchers in higher education. This theme supports the following domain on the RDF: Domain B - Personal Effectiveness.
