Through our training needs analysis, we in People and Organisational Development, have identified a number of development themes. Our thematic approach provides a simple framework that underpins our offering and ensures that our provision is transparently aligned with our 2025 Strategy Map.
What if you can no longer make the course?
If you are unable to attend a course we would really appreciate it if you could cancel your place through MyHR as early as possible, so we can reallocate your place to someone else. Please remember we do have a £50 cancellation charge for non-attendance.
