Regular Wellbeing Events and Groups

The staff wellbeing team run a series of wellbeing sessions and groups that meet regularly throughout the year, information about which you can find below. These groups are open to all staff, and are a great way to meet and socialise with colleagues from across the University.

We are always interested in your views. If you have any suggestions of initiatives or social groups that you would like to see, or have any comments or ideas you would like to pass onto the wellbeing team please email Staff.wellbeing@hud.ac.uk.
