ActiveHud and Rugby League Cares - OFFLOAD programme
Rugby League Cares and Active-Hud have joined forces to help support men build mental fitness together.
Over the course of the 6-week ‘season of fixtures’, men build their own mental fitness, whilst having fun, in a relaxed atmosphere and develop coping strategies to challenge difficult situations and learn how to recognise when people close to them may need their support.
The 6-week programme is delivered by past and current professional rugby league players, sharing how they cope with the everyday demands of life whilst being a professional athlete. If you would like more information about the programme, please click here.
